Business Meeting NA: Practial Information

The Business meeting will take place in the Hotel “Bütgenbacher Hof” which is situated in Bütgenbach in the south of German speaking Community of Belgium www.hotelbutgenbacherhof.com .
Travel information
Arrival in Belgium
Please make sure, that you arrive in Belgium on Tuesday the 19th no later than 3 pm. We will assure a transport arrangement to Bütgenbach (travel time is around 2 hours). Look out for “Business Meeting 2010” signs.
For those arriving later than 3 pm there is no transport arrangement organized to the conference place. You have to take the train and bus. The travel time is around 4 hours.
- By plane:
You may choose to arrive at Brussels International Airport.
There will be a bus leaving at 3 pm to bring you to Bütgenbach.
or
at Airport Köln/Bonn in Germany.
From Airport Köln/Bonn you must take the train to Aachen main station (Hauptbahnhof). There will be a bus leaving at 3 pm to bring you to Bütgenbach.

By train:
If you travel by train you may choose to arrive at Aachen Main Station (Germany) or at the train station in Eupen/Belgium. We will meet you at the train station and take you to Bütgenbach. Again there will be a bus at 3 pm to bring you to the venue.

Departure from Belgium
The working program of the Business meeting will end on Thursday evening.
Please make sure, while booking your tickets for your homeward journey, that your departure flight or train is not scheduled before 12 pm on Friday 22nd. There will be a bus leaving at 8 am to bring you the airport or train station.
Please be aware that before we have no possibilities to offer you any transport arrangements to the airport or train station.
Accommodation
You will be accommodated in single rooms in the hotel “Bütgenbacher Hof” www.hotelbutgenbacherhof.com
and in Pension “Eifelland” situated 200 meters far away from the conference venue www.hoteleifelland.be .
Beginning of the meeting
We will begin the meeting on Tuesday the 19th of October at 18:00 in “Bütgenbacher Hof” in the conference room.
Financing
The German speaking Agency will pre-finance the costs of the accommodation in single rooms and meals for the duration of the Business meeting (from dinner from 19th October to breakfast on 21st October) and will invoice your NA after the meeting.
The cost is 350 EURO for one NA representative. The cost for a second person is 550 EURO.
Internet
In both hotels you have free internet connection (Wireless).
Activity on 20th of October
The 20th of October we planned a natural adventure activity. Please bring cloths and shoes for outdoor activities!!!!!! (! Cold rain is a permanent danger at this season!)
